The Alumni Association of Government Dental College Kozhikode is a very dynamic and voluntary body of former students working under the aegis of the Principal. Currently the Association is having Dr Binu Purushothaman and Dr Navajeev Raj M N as the President and Secretary respectively. We also have post graduate Alumni Association in a few of the departments like OMFS, Orthodontics & Prosthodontics.

The Alumni Association continuously endeavour to strengthen the relations of the alumni of this Institute and their alma mater. It has been instrumental in organising the Alumni Meet annually and sometimes biannually which helps to retain the relationships among the alumni.

The get togethers are organised by various batches of alumni in the order of seniority. Already fourteen batches have conducted alumni get-together as of date. This cultural extravaganza involves events and get-together of all the members and faculty members of the college. Various social and cultural events are also undertaken by the association. Regularly student Alumni sports meet are conducted in the campus.

Instruments, equipment and various other academically useful items are regularly being donated by the association. The Alumni association has contributed financial support to the immediate relatives of deceased alumni.

The Association also has social media groups and other social domains and constant interactions are going on and achievements and award details of members are also informed and updated through these social media platforms. Faculty members and achievers of various fields are honoured and awarded by the alumni every year. Association has got its own fund generated for such activities.
